Set up Context Cloud in 10 minutes.
Three steps: export your ChatGPT data, import it into Context Cloud, and connect Claude. No coding required.
Download your full conversation history from OpenAI. This gives you a conversations.json file containing every chat you’ve had.
Open ChatGPT and go to Settings
Click your profile icon in the bottom-left, then Settings.
Navigate to Data Controls
In the settings menu, click “Data controls”.
Click “Export data”
Click the “Export” button. OpenAI will prepare your data and email you a download link.
Download the zip file from your email
Check your email for a message from OpenAI. Click the download link — it expires after a few days.
Unzip and locate conversations.json
Inside the zip you’ll find several files. The one you need is conversations.json.

The export usually takes a few minutes. If you have a lot of conversations, it may take up to an hour. You’ll get an email when it’s ready.
